+For Rover V8 you can buy ones for classic Minis - they're 3/8" UNC thread into the head, then 3/8" UNF (fine) thread for the brass nuts. This means you're not screwing bolts in & out of the head when working on things.
+You *may* need to cut the heads down for clearance getting the manifold out over the studs, and you *may* need thick washers under the nuts to fully clamp the manifold properly.
