LT230 speedo drive ratio appears to be TEETH/10:1, so 20 tooth gives 2.0:1, 22 teeth gives 2.2:1, etc.
Although this thread suggests the LT230 WORM (FRC3162) is common to all, but it's 9 teeth NOT 20 as suggested.
