Difficult difficult lemon difficult… this has 3 layers in some places and was a right pain in the yaris.

Flaps!

In the rush in 2007 I realised with no dash I had nothing to mount the bulkhead vent levers to… so a short-term solution was found!

Now I've tracked down an actual dashboard, although I think the vent panel is Defender… much wire-brushing, drilling extra holes (for the rivnuts that hold the ECU to the binnacle) and then a coat of Corroless later:

Now on to the mechanism - after a deep shed exploration expedition I tracked down the flap levers and set to cleaning them up…
